Principal

 

Welcome to Deibler Elementary! I am extremely proud to serve as principal and work each day with talented staff, exceptional students and their amazing families.

 

While the 2025-2026 school year marks my second year in the Pennridge School District and here at Deibler, I have been an educator for 22 years. Prior to coming to Pennridge, I served as an elementary principal for 10 years in the Northwestern Lehigh School District.

 

One of the reasons I thoroughly enjoy the principal role is that I am able to work with students and their families over the course of their entire elementary school chapter. It is my goal to make sure that each child’s experience is positive and full of rich learning opportunities all the way from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. I firmly believe that strong home/school relationships are the key ingredient to student success. We value parent involvement and look forward to offering several opportunities throughout the year for parents to be involved in their child’s educational day. The Deibler Elementary staff is excited to begin a new Positive Behavior support program this year themed “Make A Splash”! All of our students and staff will understand and show Splash! Behavior to make sure Deibler is a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to learn and grow. Be sure to ask your child how they showed Splash! Behavior at school each day!!
